all about the lippie, lifestyle & more

Being that I’m binge watching Charlie’s Angels, it’s only appropriate that I should be wearing Charlie.

Charlie Red has just about every floral in it. They threw a bunch of scents together and darn, IT WORKS!

I got the Red version which I never tried before. The original Charlie (Blue version) came out in 1973. My mom had a bottle on her vanity. I remember the Blue which I thought was overpowering. I might feel differently about it now if I can try it again. Revlon came out with a White (1994), Gold (1995), and Silver (1997) version. I have no idea what those are like but I’ve read the White is very nice.

I’ve been wearing it all day and keep sniffing myself. The notes that figure prominently for me are: Violet, Ylang-Ylang, Tuberose and Lily of The Valley It’s sweet but fresh. This fragrance came out in 1993.

The Fragrance Notes

Top Notes: Gardenia, Peach, Orange Blossom, Plum, Violet and Black Currant

Middle Notes: Tuberose, Carnation, Ylang-Ylang, Jasmine, Lily-of-the-Valley, Orchid and Rose

Base Notes: Honey, Sandalwood, Musk, Amber and Cedar.

Charlie Red (100ml)

Alright Angels, mission accomplished: I smell great.
